Required experience and knowledge:
\u2022 Graduates with average or higher economic studies;
\u2022 Experience of at least 1 year in a similar position;
\u2022 Basic theoretical and practical secretarial and management accounting knowledge;
\u2022 Skills in using accounting programs;
\u2022 Knowledge of the Win Mentor software is an advantage;
\u2022 Skills in using the Microsoft Office program package (Excel, Word, etc.);
\u2022 Skills in using modern means of communication.<\/p>\n

Candidate profile:
\u2022 Good theoretical and practical training in the field;
\u2022 Competences in planning, organization, control and communication;
\u2022 Adaptability to teamwork and professional stress;
\u2022 Spirit of initiative in finding the best solutions;
\u2022 The capacity for foresight and objective assessment;
\u2022 Ability to prioritize works with a deadline.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:
\u2022 You will draw up supporting documents related to (primary) management accounting, such as: Invoices, incoming-receipt notes, cash register, etc.;
\u2022 You will operate the relevant supporting documents in the Win Mentor accounting software;
\u2022 You will carry out secretarial activities, commercial communications with business partners;
\u2022 You will carry out basic activities regarding human resources and payroll.<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS:
\u2022 Experience in the field can be an advantage;
\u2022 Education level \u2013 secondary education with a baccalaureate diploma;
\u2022 Clinically healthy from a physical and mental point of view;
\u2022 Discipline, seriousness, professional concern, responsibility and attention to the workplace.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
\u2022 Receives the materials that are supplied, checks the quantities indicated in the accompanying documents and controls their quality as much as possible;
\u2022 Responsible for their storage in good conditions in order to avoid degradation, respecting the rules of labor protection and PSI;
\u2022 Ensures the integrity of all materials, small mechanization equipment and hand tools from the company’s equipment;
\u2022 Collaborates with the computer operator who is in charge of preparing the materials vouchers;
\u2022 Periodically, asks the operator from the computer about the stock situation and checks if they correspond to what is in the warehouse;
\u2022 Notifies the head of the supply department when stocks of certain materials are exhausted or have no movement;
\u2022 Fulfills any order given by superior hierarchical bosses.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
